The following information is applicable to people who are fully vaccinated and traveling from Cyprus to Croatia.View restrictions for unvaccinated travelers

Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers arriving from selected countries are allowed to enter Croatia. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Transit is allowed
Travelers are allowed to transit through Croatia without restrictions, provided they leave the country no longer than 12 hours from the moment of entry, which will be checked by the border police.

No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for vaccinated travelers
Travelers who are fully vaccinated are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before arrival in Croatia.

Travelers are recommended to complete an online form before traveling to Croatia.
Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated must present a vaccination certificate.
Travelers are considered fully vaccinated if they:
- Received the second dose (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Gamaleya, Sinopharm, Covishield, Covaxin, Sinovac/CoronaVac) or the first dose in the case of vaccination with a single dose vaccine (Janssen/Johnson&Johnson) received in 365 days, provided that 14 days have passed since they received the single dose;
- Travelers with a medical certificate confirming recovery from COVID-19 and have received 1 dose of Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Gamaleya, Sinopharm in the last 8 months from contracting COVID-19, provided that the vaccine was administered less than 365 days from their arrival;
- Travelers received the first dose of Pfizer, Moderna, or Gamaleya, with which it is possible to enter Croatia in the period from the 22nd to the 42nd day of receipt of the vaccine, or from the 22nd to the 84th day of receipt of the first dose of AstraZeneca.
Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.
No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Travelers who are fully vaccinated are not required to quarantine on arrival in Croatia.
While You're There
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers aged 2 years and older must wear masks in public where a physical distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained. Wearing masks is mandatory in indoor public places such as on public transportation, in elevators, shops.
Health pass may be required for public activity
Travelers will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test result or vaccination certificate to enter some public venues in Croatia.
