The following information is applicable to people who are fully vaccinated and traveling from Colombia to Paraguay.View restrictions for unvaccinated travelers

Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers are allowed to enter Paraguay. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Before You Leave
Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results
All travelers, including those vaccinated, must present a negative COVID-19 (RNA tests: RT-PCR, LAMP, or NAAT) test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 48 hours before boarding the flight. Alternatively, antigen tests taken a maximum of 24 hours before boarding are also accepted.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 12;
- Travelers who have had COVID-19 in the last 14-90 days before arrival with their COVID-19 test results from an RT-PCR, LAMP, or NAAT test.
- Travelers from MERCOSUR State Parties, and travelers from countries that share borders with Paraguay.
- A Rt Pcr Test Up To 48 hours
- A Lamp Test Up To 48 hours
- A Nucleic Acid Test Up To 48 hours
- A Antigen Test Up To 24 hours Before Final Boarding
Mandatory pre-registration form before exiting Colombia
All travelers are required to fill out a pre-registration form before they depart from Colombia. It must be filled at least 1 hour, up to 72 hours before departure.
Travelers will be required to show confirmation of registration before boarding.
Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers are required to complete the Traveler's Health Information form a maximum of 24 hours before arrival in Paraguay.
Once the form is submitted, there will be an option to print the submitted form. The printed version contains a barcode that will let passengers pass through the Ministry of Health checkpoint when leaving the airplane.
This does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 12
Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated must present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, showing 14 days have passed since they received all the doses required for full vaccination.
Travelers unable to present a valid certificate may be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.
No quarantine required
Travelers arriving from MERCOSUR countries are not required to quarantine on arrival.

Travelers must wear masks in enclosed public places and on public transportation.
