Description

All travelers 10 years of age and older must have a negative COVID-19 (PCR or antigen) test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 3 days before arrival in Guatemala.

COVID-19 PCR tests may be from a saliva sample, but not antigen tests. The test results must be analyzed at a laboratory.

More Details

This requirement does not apply to:

  • Travelers under the age of 10;
  • Travelers with a document proof of recovery from COVID-19 that occurred a maximum of 3 months before travel;
  • Fully vaccinated Guatemalan citizens and residents with valid proof of vaccination. These travelers should check with their airline for exemption.
