Description

Travelers are required to fill out an electronic entry form before arrival, which combines the Traveler’s Health Affidavit, Customs Declaration, and International Embarkation/Disembarkation forms. Once completed, it will provide a QR code that will be scanned by the authorities on arrival. The form can be filled out at any moment but it is recommended to fill it out a maximum of 72 hours before departure to the Dominican Republic.

A national State of Emergency has been declared and a curfew is in effect between the hours of 11 pm to 5 am in most regions. During these hours, only essential movement is allowed but there is a 'free transit' window on the first 2 hours of the curfew to return home until 1 am.
