Travelers are allowed to enter the Central African Republic.
Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Before You Leave
Proof of a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test required
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result to enter the Central African Republic. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure to CAR.

COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
Travelers may be required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival.
Mandatory 14-day quarantine
All travelers are required to quarantine for 14 days on arrival.
Members of an international organization or humanitarian NGO, are only required to quarantine until they receive a negative COVID-19 test at the local Pasteur Institute.
Health screening on arrival
Temperature screening is required for all travelers on arrival.
